Create your copy
Open My List and choose Create backup. The text box fills with your saved titles and valid series checkpoints. Copy all of it, including the opening and closing braces, and keep it in a note or document. The backup does not contain your viewing accounts or video history from other services.
Restore in another browser
Open FavMovies My List on the second browser. Paste the complete text into Restore backup, then choose Merge backup. New titles join the existing list. A duplicate title appears only once. An existing checkpoint on the destination browser stays in place rather than being replaced by an older reminder.
Read the result
The status message tells you how many titles and checkpoints were added. It also reports unknown or invalid entries that were skipped. A backup for another brand is not treated as a FavMovies list. If the text is incomplete, the page asks for a readable complete copy instead of pretending the restoration succeeded.
Before clearing your browser
Create the backup first and check that you can find the saved text. Clearing website data can remove My List, checkpoints and the selected country. A screenshot of your list can be a useful extra reminder, but it cannot be pasted into the restore box.
What a checkpoint means
It records the last episode you marked complete, not the minute where a player stopped. Update it after an episode, clear it when restarting a show, or leave it untouched if you paused partway through.
